I was pretty horified by the way the script and director were chosen in the first place...that first ep of this season was so depressing it made me not want to be involved in filmmaking at all. It also explained why 85% of all studio films are vapid banal piles of pandering shit.
So this guy wins a contest. They throw him into a studio situation where his casting director fights him, (as if big name directors don't routinely cast friends and family) producers who belittle him and people screaming about money from every possible angle. The poor guy! He seems to have so much talent and is just really intimidated by what is happening. I like Gulager, and I wish they'd get off his back and let him do his thing.
Plus, when do we see Affleck and Damon again?
